Snap provides professional lawn care and handyman services to residential and commercial customers. Our services include but are not limited to lawn mowing, landscaping, trimming, general maintenance, and handyman repairs. All services are performed by our trained team members.

Service Area

We currently provide services in Cabell, Putnam, and Kanawha Counties in West Virginia. Service availability may vary by location and season. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area.

Account Terms

Certain features of our platform require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.

Service Requests and Scheduling

Service requests submitted through our website or by phone are subject to availability and our review. Submitting a request does not guarantee service. We will contact you to confirm scheduling, scope of work, and pricing before beginning any job.

Scheduled services are subject to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services promptly.

Payment Terms

• Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon completion of services or as otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
• Online Payments: We accept online payments processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Processing Fees: A small processing fee may apply to online payments. Any applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of payment.
• Late Payments: Accounts with overdue balances may be subject to service suspension until the balance is resolved.
• Disputes: If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the invoice to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' noticefor cancellation of a scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Subscription Services

We may offer recurring subscription-based services (such as regular lawn maintenance). Subscription terms, including frequency, pricing, and cancellation procedures, will be specified at the time of enrollment. You may cancel a subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice.

Property Access and Conditions

By scheduling services, you authorize our team to access the designated areas of your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring safe access to the work area, including securing pets and removing obstacles.
• Informing us of any known hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other conditions that could affect service delivery.
• Providing access to water, electricity, or other utilities if required for the job.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and online platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

With respect to our physical services, we stand behind the quality of our work and will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate concerns. However, results may vary due to weather conditions, property conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability
